Glovista offers skincare and personal care products designed for consumer use. All products are intended for external, topical application only. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, benefits, and ingredient lists, but results may vary per individual.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when accepted by Glovista. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Please verify your order details before confirming, as cancellations may not be possible after processing. All purchases are governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. You agree to:

Payment Terms

Payments for our products must be made in full at the time of purchase through accepted payment methods. Failure to complete payment may lead to order cancellation or refusal of service.

Usage Restrictions, Users may not:

We strive to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery generally occurs within 3–7 business days but may vary depending on courier conditions.
Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. Glovista is not liable for delays caused by external courier factors.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Glovista accepts returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • To request a replacement:
  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email glovistacare@gmail.com
  •  with your order number and photos/videos showing the issue.
  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and without warranties. Use them at your own risk.

Glovista is powered by Shopify. Shopify hosts the platform, but all transactions and responsibilities lie solely with Glovista.
