Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Glovista, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Refunds and Returns
Refund Eligibility

  • You are eligible for a refund only if:
  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.
  • You provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

 Return / Replacement Process
To initiate a return or replacement:

Email us at glovistaofficial@gmail.com with

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or videos
  1. If approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.
  2. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Items
Some products or categories cannot be refunded or cancelled under any circumstances. These include:

  • Used, worn, or washed items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Hazardous items (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)
  • Personal care items such as skincare, beauty, and hygiene products

 

3. Cancellations

Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, you must contact us before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and you may request a return only if eligible.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee may apply if:

  • The order is already being processed or packed.
  • Operational expenses have already been incurred. (You may define the fee amount internally.)

Cancellation Requirements

When requesting cancellation, provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Incomplete details may delay the process.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product

You must notify us within 24 hours with supporting photos/videos.
We will review and resolve the issue through refund or replacement.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:

Follow the return approval process, and after that, place a new order separately.

6. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For European Union customers, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The product must be returned unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
